FAI COSÌ Lava bene le patate. Questo procedimento è importante perché la buccia non la toglierai una volta che la porterai a tavola. Se presentano residui di terra aiutati con una spazzolina dalle setole di plastica o una spugnetta.
Incartale una ad una con la carta stagnola o se preferisci con carta forno e carta stagnola.
Metti su di una teglia da forno e inforna a forno statico già caldo a 200° per almeno 40-50 minuti. Devi controllare la cottura con una forchetta. Se i rebbi della forchetta affondano bene nella polpa vuol dire che è ben cotta, se fanno ancora resistenza vuol dire che hanno bisogno ancora di 10minuti di cottura.
Non usare il grill.
Lascia chiuse nella carta stagnola le patate fino al momento di servire in tavola.
A quel punto fai una incisione per la parte lunga aprile leggermente e condisci con sale e pepe, distribuisci su di ogni patata un cucchiaino di formaggio cremoso e metti sulla superficie erba cipollina tagliata con delle forbici o prezzemolo.
