You need for each dish: 1 chicken breast cooked on the grill or in a pan 1 cup finely chopped red cabbage (best with a mandolin or peeler) 1 cup cooked white rice (choose the variety you like best) 1/2 cup carrots, grated or thinly sliced ​​with a mandolin or peeler) 1 pinch of salad (lettuce, romaine lettuce, or whatever you prefer) 1 tsp white or black sesame seeds or both salt pepper extra virgin olive oil lemon (optional: fresh chilli)

DO THIS Take the finely chopped red cabbage and in a dish season with salt and extra virgin olive oil and a drop of lemon, let the cabbage flavor and dry in the marinade. Do the same with the carrots. Wash the salad just before using it. Prepare the dressing. In a small clean glass jar add the oil, salt, lemon, pepper, if you like chilli. Shake to emulsify and set aside. Season just before serving the dish or eating it at work. Arrange on the plate: the salad leaves, you can break them with your hands, the chicken cut into slices, the white rice, and the cabbage and carrots. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season with the vinagrette.

This recipe is great as a sports recovery. You can use this recipe after training.


Do you have to eat before sport in your program Nutri® ?

This recipe is fine but DO NOT take red cabbage. Remember to check your sports nutrition timing!
